Bangladesh is one of the most successful countries in the world in terms of the COVID-19 vaccination programme. But the majority of the population was unaware of vaccination. Also, there were superstitions among people. The Hon’ble Founder of Mainia Youth Forum considered the issue and ordered MYF leaders to assist people in registering for the vaccination. Following his order, Mainia Youth Forum took initiative to make people understand the importance of vaccination for the safety of their health and the country’s progress. MYF operated its free registration programme in remote areas, and villages.
From September 18, 2021, to September 20, 2021, Mainia Youth Forum, Wazirpur branch operated the ‘Free Registration Service for COVID-19 Vaccination Programme’ in five Unions and villages. Besides the registration service, they distributed plants, and masks to encourage people. Around 1200 people took the service. Most of them were not interested in vaccination earlier.
